NTR has developed a simple process for designers and project managers to pick and create a turnkey package for your next exhibition.
Select Your Exhibit
Pick your rental booth from our extensive collection, or send us a drawing, whether you have a full rendering or a simple paper sketch.
Our design team will create plan and isometric views of your concept as if it were built using Highmark products. We will send this to you for your initial approval.
After Receival and review of your design rendering, we work to complete your changes and get your approval of the design.
Estimate & Approval
After you approve the initial drawing, our sales professionals will provide an official cost estimate, included with weights and shipping costs.
We will Send detailed art specification booklet for your to work with in providing all your graphic content for production. If you need creative, no problem, our in house art department will work with you to design all your booth graphics.
Shop Production & Build
Upon approval of estimate , we begin production in our shop. Our in-house fabrication ensures specification accuracy and proper fit and finish. Quality control from production, packing and ship out, is critical for all projects . We will provide photos of your project in process or you are welcome to visit us.
Packing + Shipping
Once the rental is set up in our shop and all specifications are verified, we dismantle and pack components into shipping crates. Ready for shipping to the show warehouse.
Show Service Management
Our trained staff professionals are happy to help you fill out your show book, or answer any questions about the booth paperwork. We can even handle that process for you for an additional small fee.
On Site Supervision & Installation
We have trained industry Installation + Dismantle Partners all over the world to set up and dismantle you booth rental. We also are happy to send a NTR Supervisor upon request for an additional fee.
